Is there a minimum order?
No minimum buy needed.

Where do you deliver?
We ship nationwide across the Philippines from our hub at Skyway Twin Towers, Pasig. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout from your address and the weight and value of your order. The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay.

What delivery options will I see?
Metro Manila: depending on your address and order, you will see Local Delivery by bike or car from our Pasig hub (rates depend on distance; larger or heavier orders go by car) and/or GoGo Xpress for lighter parcels, priced by weight.
Outside Metro Manila: we deliver nationwide through GoGo Xpress. Rates depend on your region, weight and parcel size. If checkout shows no option for your address or order size, please message us for a quote.
Estimated delivery times (counted from order confirmation; estimates only): Metro Manila Local Delivery usually same or next business day; GoGo Xpress Metro Manila 1–3 days, Luzon 3–5 days, Visayas 5–7 days, Mindanao 5–8 days, islands/remote areas 5–10 days; free pickup about 2–4 days.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
COD is only available for smaller Metro Manila bike deliveries. Larger orders and all nationwide orders need online payment (GCash, card or other available methods). See our Shipping policy for details.

Can I pick up?

Yes — choose free pickup at checkout. Pick up at Skyway Twin Towers, Pasig. We’ll message you when your order is ready (typically 2–4 days). Bring your order confirmation.
