Eligible returns

• Unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery/pickup
• Damaged, wrong, or missing items — contact us within 48 hours with photos

Not eligible

• Opened food / perishable goods (unless damaged or wrong item)
• Items marked final sale or clearance

How to start

1. Message us via the Contact page with your order number
2. We'll confirm if it qualifies and how to return or refund
3. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Pickup orders: bring the item and receipt/order email to Skyway Twin Towers, Pasig when we schedule it with you.
